The following Platform(s)/website(s) are subject to this agreement and will be collectively called Platform(s): www.FormationData.co.uk All parties, Platforms and websites mentioned above are hereafter referred to as “FD”. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS BY ENTERING THE PLATFORM YOU ARE AGREEING TO EVERYTHING WITHIN IT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ENTER THE PLATFORM. Updates on the Platform/website are to be taken as Precedent if they conflict with these or any other Terms and/or policy. FD reserves the right to modify, change or delete any term without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates. It is important you abide by this and our other rules. FD accepts no liability whatsoever if at any time or period and for any reason our Platform(s) is unavailable. You are solely responsible for all arrangements required for you to access our Platform(s). Access also includes Browsing and your right to access is limited to acting within the law and in good faith.

User’s Code of Conduct

We can delete anything you put on our Platform or terminate your right to use or access the Platform for any reason, without notice. You will not use any form of illegal conduct, harassment, or offensive behaviour. We do not tolerate disrespect of other individuals. Communications

You agree that all messages or content posted by you or others on or via this Platform can and may be read by the operators of the Platform.

Private Use of Materials

All materials included on the Platform are for private use by the authorised users only. FD shall not be responsible for issuing “Take Down Notices” to any third-party site and shall have no liability for the posting of any Content by any User.

Your protection

You must not attempt to interfere with any of our technology or security systems. To do so is prohibited by law. Although we will endeavour to protect the safety and privacy of all users, this is not guaranteed. Stolen or fraudulent use of credit cards, debit cards or electronic means of payments and false claims. Any user who has used a stolen or fraudulent means of payment will be reported to the police and/or relevant legal bodies and issuers. They will also have their membership terminated and will not be granted authorisation to access our websites. Any false reports to us will result in a minimum £25 administration fine plus any costs to us that we may have incurred and a possible termination or/and ban from our platform/websites.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. This means you will no longer have access to the non-public areas of our Platform to which you were a member of. To do this all you need to do is click here and follow the steps required by Stripe to access your payments portal.

Resolving Disputes

We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to submit a complaint through the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
